Toybox brand identity project management
It was the first time the client team had undertaken such an extensive brand identity redevelopment. To gain their confidence in the process involved, I worked with them to scope the project journey into stages. This ensured a thorough understanding of costs, benefits, priorities and timescales and was a major contribution to enable careful planning for both client and agency teams to meet key deadlines.
This was predominantly a client facing role but I also managed studio creativity and production output as well.
